If your having problems most likely that you will have to clear your browsing history
In Windows
Go to start menu
then the go to
"Control Panel"
then the go to
"Internet Options"
under the Browsing history section
click the "Delete..." button
In Delete Browsing History
Make sure these boxes are "Ticked"
Tempory Internet files
Cookies
History
Download History
Make sure these boxes are "Not Ticked"
Form data
Passwords
AxtiveX Filtering and Tracking Protection data
Now you can click the "Delete" button
If problem persists you will have to run CCleaner or another suitable program for clearing browsing data
You can Download a match form and send to your Divisional Coordinator
